Welcome to Yafta Map. By accessing or using our website (www.yaftamap.com) or any of our services — including our DOOH Booking Platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please contact us at info@yaftamap.com before proceeding.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, advertisers, suppliers, and partners accessing our platform.

 

  1. Our Services

Yafta Map provides the following services across Egypt and Saudi Arabia:

– Traditional OOH Advertising — brokerage and booking of static and digital billboard locations.

– DOOH Booking Platform — flexible digital screen booking via yaftamap.com.

– Creative & Media Services — branding, media production, booth design, and social media management via Yafta Map Media.

– Supplier Listings — screen owners may list their digital screens on the platform subject to approval.

 

Advertising Formats Available:

– Billboard Structures — high-impact formats for maximum visibility.

– Building & Surface Advertising — large-scale branding across urban landscapes.

– Street Furniture & Urban Media — targeted exposure in high-footfall environments.

– Flags & Special Formats — flexible and creative advertising solutions.

– Digital Billboards (DOOH) — dynamic, data-driven display advertising.

– Transportation Advertising — mobile branding across transit networks.

– Indoor Advertising — strategic placements within commercial spaces.

– Airport Advertising — premium exposure in high-value travel environments.

 

  1. DOOH Booking Policy

Yafta Map offers flexible digital screen booking options across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Booking types, pricing, slot structures, and schedules vary depending on the screen, location, and agreement with each supplier.

 

  1. Time Slot Booking

Advertisers may book specific time slots on a digital screen. Each slot is sold exclusively to one advertiser for the agreed time period.

– Slot duration and schedule are determined per screen and per supplier agreement.

– Pricing varies by location, screen, and time of day.

– Confirmed slot bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Yafta Map.

 

  1. Minimum Days Booking

Some digital screens are available for booking with a minimum number of days (e.g., 3 days, 4 days, or more). Minimum booking periods and pricing are determined per screen and location.

– The advertiser’s content will run continuously during the booked period.

– Pricing and availability are confirmed at time of booking.

 

  1. Shared Video Booking

Yafta Map offers a shared video booking option where multiple advertisers appear within a single video displayed on a digital screen. This is ideal for small businesses seeking cost-effective exposure.

– The number of advertisers per video is flexible and determined based on screen duration and client requirements.

– Each advertiser’s screen time within the shared video is agreed upon at booking.

– Yafta Map may assist in producing the shared video upon request, subject to additional fees.

– Advertisers who provide their own finished video must ensure it meets the technical specifications of the screen.

– Yafta Map reserves the right to approve all content before display.

 

General DOOH Booking Terms

– Content must be submitted at least 48 hours before the campaign start date.

– Screen operating hours may vary subject to location and local energy regulations. Yafta Map is not liable for screen downtime caused by power cuts or force majeure.

– All pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and varies per screen, location, and booking type.

– Yafta Map reserves the right to reject any content that violates Egyptian or Saudi law, public morals, or platform standards.

 

  1. Reservation & Payment

How to Book:

– Step 1: Create an account on yaftamap.com

– Step 2: Browse available screens and select your preferred location and booking type

– Step 3: Add to cart and confirm booking

– Step 4: Complete payment and upload your creative content

Payment Methods:

– Bank Transfer (EGP): Account No. 100053432799 — IBAN: EG770010001200000100053432799

– Bank Transfer (USD): Account No. 100060642518 — IBAN: EG770010001200000100060642518

– Cheques — accepted for large campaigns upon contract signing.

– Online payment via platform (credit/debit card) — available on DOOH Booking.

Payment Schedule — Billboard Campaigns

All billboard and OOH campaigns follow a mandatory two-instalment payment schedule:

First Instalment — 50% of total campaign value must be paid in full before the campaign launch date. No campaign will begin without receipt of this payment.

Second Instalment — the remaining 50% must be paid on or before the first day of the campaign launch.

– Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque for large amounts, as agreed upon contract signing.

– Campaigns will not be activated until the first instalment is received and confirmed.

– All prices are confirmed at time of booking and vary per screen, location, and booking type.

 

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total campaign value is non-refundable under any circumstances upon contract signing.

No Refunds After Confirmation:

Once a booking is confirmed through any of the following — no refund will be issued under any circumstances:

– Signed contract

– Email confirmation

– Written or verbal agreement

– Campaign launch or first day of display

– Partial or full payment received

NO REFUNDS will be issued once a campaign has started, regardless of the remaining duration.

The only exception is if Yafta Map cancels the booking due to technical or operational failure on our side — in which case a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.

 

  1. Supplier (Screen Owner) Terms

Screen owners wishing to list their digital screens on Yafta Map must agree to the following:

– Provide accurate screen specifications: location, dimensions, operating hours, and booking options.

– Ensure screen availability during confirmed booking periods.

– Notify Yafta Map at least 48 hours in advance of any planned downtime.

– Screen owners authorize Yafta Map to display advertiser content during booked periods.

– Yafta Map retains a commission as agreed — supplier receives confirmed net payment.

 

  1. Advertiser Content Policy

All advertising content submitted to Yafta Map must comply with the following:

– Comply with Egyptian and Saudi law and public morals.

– Not contain misleading, defamatory, or offensive material.

– Not target or exploit minors in any form.

– Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

– Meet technical specifications: file format, resolution, and duration as specified per screen.

Yafta Map reserves the right to reject or remove content at any time without prior notice.

 

  1. Data Protection & Privacy

Yafta Map is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients, suppliers, and employees in accordance with best practices and applicable legislation.

– We collect only the data necessary to provide our services.

– We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.

– Payment data is processed securely and never stored on our servers.

– Users may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting info@yaftamap.com.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on yaftamap.com are the exclusive property of Yafta Map. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our platform to:

– Violate any applicable Egyptian, Saudi, or international law.

– Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking requests.

– Impersonate Yafta Map, its employees, or any other user.

– Interfere with or disrupt the platform security or functionality.

– Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Yafta Map acts as a marketplace and intermediary. We are not liable for:

– Screen downtime due to power outages, technical failures, or force majeure.

– Loss of business or revenue resulting from campaign performance.

– Third-party content or websites linked from our platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

 

  1. Account Termination

Yafta Map reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice in cases of:

– Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

– Fraudulent or illegal activity.

– Non-payment of confirmed bookings.

  1. Amendments to Terms

Yafta Map reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For users in Saudi Arabia, local Saudi regulations also apply. Disputes shall be subject to Egyptian courts unless otherwise agreed.
